The Role of Chiropractic Care
Any athletic endeavor relies on repetitive motions, which can result in injuries over time. When the joints are shifted out of alignment (called a subluxation), the muscles that move that joint are affected. They can become too long or too short, and this in turn causes them to be overworked beyond their limits… and soon you find yourself on the sidelines with an injury.
Using the Gonstead method, Dr. Zach makes specific adjustments to help the joints of the body maintain their proper position. With properly aligned joints, the muscles rest at the ideal length, and the athlete can test their limits without fear or strain or injury.

Dr. Zach’s love for golf extends to helping other golfers improve their game. He is Level 2 Medical Certified by the prestigious Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) and offers swing analysis screenings and injury prevention for golfers.
